“I'm a truck driver and my truck was broken down for almost 3 weeks. I got food here a few times. The 2 working here are great people and you get a lot of food for the money. I can't remember when I got this much BBQ for the price I paid. The chicken is the best chicken I've ever had and the sausage is great along with the ribs. Perfect amount of smoke without being over-smoked and the chicken is very juicy. I enjoyed the food and the people here. Great place to eat. The sides a good too. Most BBQ places they either have good sides or good BBQ but this place has both. The potato salad is really good and the baked beans are the best. Don't go there and not get the baked beans. They got that down better than anyone.“

In a time where customer service is definitely in a decline, the customer service at BBQ Pit was absolutely top notch and the food was cooked to perfection! Can’t say enough positive things about our first(but not our last for sure)visit. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, and a bonus: you might even get a chance to meet Doc Holiday!“

“Update im sticking with my 2 stars for food. I oderwd grilled chicken today and it was way under cooked. This is our date night go too so hopefully whoever is cooking can get it together cause we truly love coming here. Im giving the food a 2 star because of the wait time on our food. Not to mention when our food was delivered my steak and potato was room temperature. Not even my plate was hot. Im guessing my food got prepaired the was set aside . My husband's was great as always. The parmesan crusted chicken is a must. Cowboy was yummy as well. Also at no time did the manager come around to check on us.“
