“I come to Monroe from Arizona twice a year. We usually go to Jade garden since that's the only place we can get our older relatives to go out to eat. The staff are pretty much no conversive probably due the language barrier, but the food is plentiful and not bad at all especially considering the price your paying and the large selection you have. Some people just need to chill. It's Monroe, not China Town in San Francisco.“
