“So glad this opened on campus. Used to have one next to my house in Houston and totally underrated them. I try to make a point of stopping in everytime I am in Natchitoches to get a burger here. By far the best burger in Natchitoches if you like a smashburger (lacy). Fries are great too. This is by far one of my favorite burger chains. Not going to rack on service because the one next to me used to be table service. Having a burger made fresh, I am willing to wait. Staff has always been friendly.“

“I'm not sure what was happening inside, but from the drive through it appeared to be a lot of confusion amongst the employees. I ordered two blizzards and a drink and was offered food. Then was asked to pull forward for almost 10 minutes while they made the blizzards. However, the young man that delivered them to my car was very upbeat and nice about the wait.“
