“It’s a great idea for the weekend to get together with your friends and have drinks and listen to music. The bar is really nice and it’s patio is really nice with lots of people dancing drinking and having fun with friends and other people. I guarantee you that if you are rap fan and blues fan you will love it but you can always order food if you’re hungry and need to feed your face to constantly drink and party then you will have a great time at Duece’s. So club nights are always good if there are no one there trying to get a fight plus the security is very tight and they ensure you have a blast without drama. Check out this spot.“

“I have to take a moment to PRAISE Radio Bar! They are just fan-freaking-tastic. They hosted the Baton Rouge Improv Festival’s opening night this evening and were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to share their space with us and were so helpful - even let us store the stage there for a night when we asked if it was possible. Special shout out to Caleb and JP and all the amazing team members that we interacted with. You were all outstanding and we look forward to being back with you on Sunday night!! Also side note - I was SO impressed with the work ethic of the team - they do NOT let an empty glass sit! They were so quick and just all around wonderful. Thank you all so much!!“

“If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I don’t normally write such a lengthy review, but I had one of the best (of quite a few) experiences there just yesterday, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness Swamp Shack delivers on. One, I’m so picky about daiquiris- especially the alcohol used in them - and this place is genuinely my favorite. Their margarita daiquiri is phenomenal (but especially when combined with jalapeño and watermelon, salt rim. Try it - seriously.) Two, if their daiquiris weren’t delicious enough, they CONSISTENTLY have some of the best customer service I’ve ever received - in general. It’s drive-thru only unfortunately, but if I’m having a bad day, I still feel better just passing through there as quickly as I do. (Owners, I’m sure you know, but yall are so lucky to have Jordin. She’s seriously amazing. For real though - she deserves Something! Lol) And three, with all that you’d think they’d be expensive, but their prices are beyond competitive - even when adding a different flavor to the daiquiri. Even if you have to drive, make this your new go-to. You won’t regret it! 🥰“

Parking is limited, inside space is limited but it's not crowded..no shoulder to shoulder. They played good music(a real dj ??), everyone was dancing the drinks are good. They cook food on the outside. If I had to say if I would go back I would. Only downside is they give u your ice in a bowl. It wouldn't be much if they get some of those ice buckets from Dollar tree to make it a little let hood. Other than that it's a nice chill spot. oh yeah, they HAVE SECURITYThe one across the street seem a little more wide open. The younger crowd. I don't do that.“

In the middle of Barton Rouge has huge Mississippi River. So it is famouse with all the fish- based dishes. But, there is another root, "French style". The [King Bar & Bistro] is exactly the place.

Located at the basement floor of the "Indigo Hotel", it gave us very pleasent, cool, fresh air. All the staff were gentile and being friendly. And the Chef... He knew what we precisely starved for, even we didn't know.

Steak, Ratattoi, Pasta, each of plate was epic, gorgeous, even became sexy.

We were kind of bored with all fried fish, shrips, and potato chips. And the steak was like an angel of the pallet.

We were fully loved and enjoyed all flaboured harmony.

It is became 3 months to be renovated, and they served the most beautiful cheescake.
And with the Lemon-cocktail.

I wasn't going to stop here but I took a chance. Sage was very nice! He spoke, he was polite and friendly. So glad the customer service is better. Drinks are good, too. It wasn't busy or crowded.
