“Hands down the best McDonalds for miles. Staff is ridiculously friendly in the drive through. Burgers always juicy and not dried out. We drive out of our way just to go to this location. Only catch is sometimes their fountain drinks and tea seem watered down.“
“Grabbed something to eat here the day of the strawberry festival and honestly wasn't expecting much due to the crowds. Food was great, service was quick and staff was very friendly. We had a burger and burger and shrimp poboy. Will be back to try some other items“
“Maggy was our server and she was SO welcoming and gave us exceptional service! She offered GREAT suggestions from food to beer and even gave my little ones some duck food to feed the ducks. The food was amazing and the beer selection was great! The atmosphere was very laid back and personable! It was super busy but that didn't stop the food coming out hot and quick and the service being speedy! Well done and we can't wait to come back and enjoy ourselves again. This will be a spot we come to Everytime we are in Louisiana!“
“I'm a BBQ guy.its what I do when I'm not driving my trk.this place may look like a little shack but the food is amazing.i got the Friday special that included 2 meats,two sides.i went chicken leg quarter with 3 ribs.it came with two sides which I opted for Cole slaw,and Mac and cheese.everything was flavorful and delicious. Didn't even need to add salt,or pepper to the sides.worth every penny.“
“Stopped in here to have dinner with a few friends. Ordered the buffalo chicken grilled cheese - it was fine but I would pass on it next time. Bread was toasted just right and buttery, but I think using the boneless wings in it instead of a chicken breast filet (like most other chicken sandwiches) allows it to fall short. My girlfriend had the backyard dog. I tasted the chili from it and it was very good. She enjoyed her meal. The fries were great as well. Thin, crispy, and salted. Some friends got the wings and raved about them. They looked to be very nice in size and cooked / sauced right. Service was iffy at times. Minor annoyances like forgetting to submit an appetizer, confusion getting another beer, and struggling to have ketchup brought to the table. It was a busy night and ultimately wasn't detrimental - but hopefully a little smoother if we stop in again. $35 for two meals, three beers, and a tip in these times? That's worth trying at least once. Also, I'd recommend darker shades on the upper part of the west facing windows. The sun is absolutely brutal. Forgive us for using a menu to block it temporarily ? If you are near Independence, stop and check it out.“
“My son treated me and my daughter to dinner. I picked Our Moms because I've always had a great experience when going. But this night the food was just ok. Everything was very salty, my caesar salad was dry and the chicken was salty and kinda greasy. Our waitress and the atmosphere was nice per usual. However the food wasn't it's best.“
“Really unorganized. We called in the order to be picked up. Took ten more minutes to get our drinks and fries. By the time we got them the burgers were cold. Nice building, clean, pretty. Lazy employees. At least when I was there... I've ordered before and got a pretty good burger but I think I'll try someplace else next time and give them a chance to clean up their efficiency“
“This place always has great food for a good price! I love their burgers they aren't as small as other fast food places and the taste is really well balanced! The people who work here are always so friendly and very helpful. “Tried the new weekend brunch finally - really liked the build your own Bloody Mary option. Will definitely be back to try some of the other brunch menu items, opted for the Kickin' Chicken Biscuit with the poached egg this time. It was yummy and the egg was perfectly runny - need some jelly for the second half of the biscuit however.“
“The few times I've went the food was made fresh and very good. The girl at the counter just doesn't have good customer service skills. She doesn't mean any harm, she's just country and probably family so she doesn't put anything into it. Can turn people off.“

“Grabbed lunch today. This garlic burger was legit! Neatly put together and had quite the slathering of garlic butter. Nice to see something new on a menu and it show up as advertised. Tots were great too. Chili, cheese, and jalapeño. Cant go wrong with a Route 44 ocean water either. Food came out quickly even though they were busy. Good experience.“
“(For The Railway Cafe) Huge proportions. Super friendly staff. If eating there on a Friday night I would recommend calling ahead be they can get busy. Otherwise, it typically took me about 10/15 minutes to get my food during the week. Good people.“
