I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.

I waited in the drive through line for an hour and 15 minutes and was served cold food that I sent back. My food was reheated and returned to me about 10 minutes later. It was greasy and overcooked. It tasted terrible! In fact, it was the worst food I have ever had from this restaurant. The car line wasn’t moving because the first man in the car line didn’t receive his meal until AFTER the 20 or more vehicles behind us had already been served.
