I just wanted to shout out our waitress and waiter, Reagan and Ryan! They were amazing! They were both on top of everything and anticipated all of our needs especially those of my kids. 10/10 would definitely go back if that service is the usual. Food was served very quickly and everything was hot but my fajitas were heavily seasoned and a bit hard to eat but besides that everything was great! :)
It has been about a year or so since I have eaten at this chilis prior to Saturday night. My friends and I settled on eating there due to everywhere else having a long waiting time. My previous experiences at this restaurant have not been good. I have walked out more than once due to poor service and cold food. However, Saturday night was completely different. The restaurant was bustling which made for a great atmosphere, we were seated and served quickly by a very kind waitress....
The overall quality of the food service is declining, and Chili's has joined that trend. I have many great memories with my kids at Chili's, but nostalgia alone cannot compensate for the mediocre, overpriced food.
