“Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!“

“I have not had any issues with the Food, Employees Service.

I have a problem with while I'm waiting in Drivethru, I'm seeing several Employees coming from within the Dumpster area, back to work.

I use to smoke cigarettes and I assume this is where they have been appointed to for that purpose or maybe it's other reasons.

BUT you can tell they been out there a hot minute for something!

I don't want to know my Food handling is at risk of an Employee that was hanging out around a Dumpster, for any reason, at all... 🤢

“A huge thank you to the manager and her staff (I have their names written on our receipt in my paperwork somewhere) on duty provided my husband Eric and I with great care. Our food was hot and very delicious. I had a giant fried whitefish sandwich and hush puppies. My husband who always offers some his meal to me, thoroughly enjoyed his meal too. He didn’t much care for the red velvet cheesecake though. We look forward to visiting next time we’re in Alexandria, LA.

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“This Subway is amazing!! Many restaurants in the area should go here to see how service should be done. From the moment we walked in until we left, we received exceptional customer service from this team. We were picking up sandwich trays for my sons birthday party, which were very tasty and delicious. The facilities were very clean. They even wished my son a happy birthday and told him that they hoped he enjoyed the sandwiches! Thank you for the amazing service and sandwiches!“

“We always stop here on our way through Alexandria because we have a 3 year old who loves McDonald’s. We use the App so it’s always convenient and they have always been friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is always friendly and polite. That’s way we always stop by.

I would take this over the others any time. I was quite surprised the see the black berry Dr Pepper shake. Yes I did get a small one should have made it an xxxlg.
