“I work EMS and have difficulty getting food or service at most fast food places because our ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive through and I work nights when the lobbies are closed. This Wendy’s is always open when I come and they are great at accommodating us. Food is always fresh and good. The guys who work at night are always so sweet.“

“I have not eaten at Mc Donalds in a long time, but I wanted a big mac, and I definitely did not feel like going home to make one. I have to give them credit where credit is due. I must say the customer service was great, the food was hot and fresh, and I did not have to wait forever. Although, my burgers were not made correctly. The receipt was right, and the label on the burger was right, but the condiments on the burger were wrong. No photos. I was too hungry and wasn't going to do a review. Sorry for that.“

“Chick-fil-A. They're the best with fast food restaurants. The lines are long, but move quickly. They have a system that herds the patrons along. The food is delicious, & hot. Inside has tables, suitable for kids. It's not quiet. They're staff is very helpful and friendly.“

“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.

Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.

Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“Today is my son's 13th birthday and he's been a hothead/heat seeker for as long as I can remember. For perspective, he finally convinced Santa after 2 years to gift him the One Chip Challenge when he was 7. Today, his special request was to eat the hottest wings we could find, so my hubby found this place online last night. It's a short drive from Metairie, so although he wanted to do the Bayou Beast Challenge, we only had time to get a to-go order with all the other birthday errands we were running. We got a 6 piece of the Bayou Beast flavored wings. The gentleman checking us out was an absolute stand up guy who was equal parts concerned and impressed when he realized the order wasn't for me, but for the short kid standing next to me who told him he didn't want or need a dipping sauce. He even offered him a birthday coke (probably as a piece offering to the gods as an apology for what was going to transpire in my bathroom later🤣). Now to the fun part. I normally do these challenges with him, but today he wanted to fly solo. So I prepped the counter for him as usual with milk, yogurt, wipes etc. When I opened the box? YALL! The smell burned my eyes and instantly gave me PTSD from when I ate Da Bomb wing in the Hot Wings Challenge last year. My newly minted teenager the proceeded to smash all 6 in 5 minutes and did it like a pro without even a sip of water. I managed to get a single bite before they disappeared and I can guarantee you, the bathroom will be your sanctuary. I would not survive more than 2 as a grown adult. Maybe he's a glutton for punishment. Maybe he's a mutant. But what I do know is my dude is determined to beat that challenge and get that shirt and picture on the wall, so we'll be back very soon!“

“The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.“

“I grew up in New Orleans and haven't had a proper Raspberry filled powder sugar donut since I was a kid. We were there for Mardi Gras and we stopped in and got a few. I got the Raspberry one and it was absolutely perfectly delicious. It brought me back to childhood.

“I had the best experience with the service at your Marrero location, the girl at the window name was Gabby and she was just awesome!!! She was very helpful, super sweet and so very polite. It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. Customer service was 100% and it was a great experience. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better. Keep up the great training because it is showing in both your employees attitude and customer service.“

“I love you guys but y'all have to find some sort of solution to deal with this line outside. There's 15+ cars in line on williams waiting in line and of course, someone drives in off the side street in to the parking lot and tries to cut in from the side street in front of the people that have been waiting for 20 mins in the williams line . I sat there for 10 minutes literally watching 2 cars of people fist fight over their place in line. This is so stupid.“

“My coworkers and I frequent the Humble location and the service and food are always well received. I don’t like looking for a parking spot, but it’s well worth it! Today they went far and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate that!“
