Food is good but service is horrible. Employees play too much and laugh, not taking their job seriously. Making people wait and constantly getting into arguments with customers. These employees I’m talking about are high schoolers.
Need to be retrain. Girl yelling in mic at drive thru. Then my burger overcooked and the apple 🍎 pie dry
Its mcdonalds, so u don't expect much. But the person who was doing drive through today, july 20th, in the morning around 9:30, was incredibly positive and made my day. Just had to come and leave a review.
