“I was coming from Dallas and I decided to stop at the gas station now I noticed it was a Boudin store. I got me and my grandchildren, Some Boudoin it was really good but honey let me tell you the whole crackling is the truth is the best I’ve ever had. I wish they would do orders to be shipped out.“

“My husband got the Cajun Dip sandwich and was amazed at the gravy, it was thick and delicious, perfect for dipping! I had the Surf n Turf and it was great too. The homemade fries were seasoned just right and cooked perfectly! The service was outstanding! We will definitely return….“

“I have been going to Cajun Catfish house going on 45 years and 1 rebuild. It's always been my favorite fried fish restaurant 😋 the fish pieces are getting smaller 😋 but still awesome. Love the corn nuggets and potatoe salad.“

“I had an “enjoyable” time here in 2012 for “WLC” Some of the instructors were racist. But that’s to be expected. It’s the army. The females barracks were definitely haunted. But instead they treated us as if we were insane. Food at the chow hall was mediocre. But we were glad to sit with others and talk even if it was briefly. They used to have inmates working in the chow hall and all around the grounds. They wore white jumpsuits. That was a bit weird. Glad I was only there for 2 weeks. What made it memorable were my battle buddies. Not an ideal place, but at least we got interesting memories!“
