“Arrived right before closing on 06/09 the young lady was closing by herself she immediately asked how our day was in return we did the same. At this point she said there were some rude customers earlier, I felt bad for her because she was soft spoken. Even though it was closing time she ensured our food was prepared exactly how we wanted it. She told us to have a good night and she told us we made her day. Didn't get her name but she is a keeper and business need more employees like her, she made our night too with her kindness!! Give her more hours!!!“

“I’m on the PTO for a large school here in Pineville.We celebrated teacher appreciation today with a camping theme lunch that featured poboys. The po boys was a complete hit. AB and the rest of the staff there were a pleasure to deal with even when I called last minute to add a vegetable poboy to my order. They even sent plates and Napkins with our order they went above and beyond for us. I can’t thank them enough for helping us show the staff how appreciated they are.“

“Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!“

“My first time at a Firehouse Subs I was advised before I went that I should get the Hook and Ladder. The young lady at the counter suggested that but also with bacon. I ordered that and was so happy for her suggestion. The sandwich was delicious and moist. I will be back again soon.

“Saw this place in the door dash app while test driving the app out. As hot as it's been, I certainly didn't feel like getting out so I ordered in for lunch recently. I really dislike the marketing sizes of some menus items as they make the actual product appear bigger than it truly is; similar to your side mirrors outside your vehicle :( ...I took a chance on a double burger, just the sandwich and found it to be very tasty. But, when even fast food is way more expensive than 1 hour someone earns on min. wage in LA, it's not the type of restaurant I want to repeatedly visit. People better get their values straight during these tough times and force merchants to lower their prices to a reasonable level.“

“At the height of the pandemic, this location was seeing the worst labor shortage in its history. Those days are gone. This Dairy Queen is in full swing and the best it's been in 20 years! The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The quality of both hot food and cold ice cream alike are what you would come to expect from the most veteran of Dairy Queen franchises. Stop in on a hot day for a Blizzard or spice it up with a hot and spicy burger!“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed“

“They are running a sale on 4 roast beef classic sandwiches for $10. Each sandwich was hot with plenty of meat. The buns were toasted perfectly. I was given several different choices of sauce to go on them. The staff was very helpful & friendly & seem to enjoy their job.. Each crew member was well dressed and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.“

“I've never had a bad experience here. Yesterday we had the car hop, Miguel. From ordering he had an unpleasant attitude. Acted as if us ordering was an inconvenience. Anything else?! Anything else!? Anything else!? It really made me second guess ordering. When he brought out our food he also had a nasty attitude. It was borderline rude. He needs to realize guest service is the way he makes tips. I will return in hopes to avoid him.“
