“I visited El Rodeo on a trip to visit family, and I have to say it was quaint. The food was excellent. I had the Burrito El Borrego which was delightful and very flavorful. I asked for a side dish of the creamy Habenero sauce from their Habenero Enchiladas which added a nice spice kick to the burrito that I really enjoyed. The restaurant felt a little dark and low lit for my personal tastes, but the decor was quaint and typical of most Mexican foor restaurants. Took a little to find or waiter when it came time to box up left overs, but this was not an overly big issue. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would return next time I'm in town.“

What makes Caro's stand out is more than the food, it's the people. The owner and staff always greet me and make every visit feel like home. If you haven't tried Caro's yet, take it from me, you should!“
