“EXCELLENT FOOD as well as EXCELLENT SERVICE. My family and I went to Paradise Catfish Kitchen Last Night. I had The Jumbo Fried Shrimp Which were Delicious. My family had an assortment of items on the menu, All of Which were Delicious. The Lady who served Our Table was Very Kind and Accommodating. I couldn't Ask for a Better Dining Experience.“

“Best seafood around and the waitresses are usually great. The table we sat at was dirty but the hostess reluctantly cleaned it. They finally changed out the rusty buckets on the tables which is great. We usually go here 4-5 times a month. Highly recommended“

The eggs Benedict … this delicious golden yolk cascaded down, mingling with the silky thyme hollandaise to infuse into the soft English muffin…. Absolute delish!!! 2. The shrimp and grits …. Perfectly cooked spicy shrimp with Gouda grits was a testimony to why southern Louisiana cuisine reigns supreme …. And the Monica sauce elevates it to elegance while still your tummy is pampered with down home comfort. 3. The fried fish! This is a chef’s secret because it was not traditional fried fish. Whatever the secret, it delivered scrumptiousness in every crispy tender bite! Oh and don’t forget the homemade tartar sauce! 4. …… and the perfectly cooked Prime Rib! with the amazing horseradish sauce to complement … definitely a show stopper 5. The ambiance…. “Food so good. Been eating there for years. My family eats there. Very delicious and I definitely recommend. Some of the best chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything just very good. Guarantee you would go back. Service and timing is great. Always cooked when you order so everything is fresh and hot.

Parking: It’s not a large parking lot but no one is there long so there is enough room for everyone that comes.“

“If you go, give your tip directly to your server in cash and tell them it's not a tip, but a gift. Koal's pays their employees weak pay and acts like they're doing them a favor. Multiple employees over the years have told me Koal's keeps the tips we pay for the servers to have saying that the employees can have them if they want to make $2 an hour. Love the food there, but I won't support them after finding this out.“

“My grand daughter with young son and I enjoyed delicious meals - (fried fish , shrimp ,hush puppies , Fr fries , onion rings Cole slaw and Hamburger ) !! She lives in NOrleans and was so impressed with quality of the meals AND the price !! I’ve been eating there a good while and have NEVER been disappointed in any way ! Seating is a small area but not crowded feeling ! Drive up window also - give order , drive around , park , and shortly the meal is delivered to your car ! “Mother's Day 2024 was much first visit there. I entered a contest by writing an essay about my Mom ( my biological mom has been deceased for years, so I wrote about my spiritual Mom (pastor's wife) and I won a sack of crawfish with fixings for her! She was over the moon happy. The meal was amazing! When the cooler was opened, you could smell a balance of seasonings. The customer service was amazing! Cheyenne is so nice. We had a great conversation! My family looks forward to eating meals from Debarge's again!“

“I got the Maki Roll Lunch special which came with a salmon roll, spicy tuna, and California roll. Fish was fresh, food came out fast. The issue was that the rice was not sushi rice (usually flavored with sugar, mirin, etc;) but just plain white jasmine rice that was a little bit too dry to be used for sushi. The ratio of fish to rice is also not great, too much rice.
The rolls were also cut into uneven pieces, with some too thick. Honestly I picked off all the rice and just ate the inside of the rolls.

The service was good, food came fast. Large portions. It’s clean inside. I would probably just order sashimi next time.

Salmon roll- 4/5 due to freshness of salmon. Rice sucked.

California roll- 2/5. Rice ruined it. Some pieces too thick.

Spicy tuna roll-1/5. Horrible rice. The spicy tuna also had a weird flavor and was not enjoyable.“

“We didn't have a reservation but they got us a table no problem. Our waiter was Jeffrey and he was so good! We got the Allegro Moscato which was delicious! Appetizer: The wedge salad, Shrimp Alexandria and the crab cakes were all sooo delicious! Entree: Salmon (good) and 8oz filet (dry) with whipped mashed potatoes (delicious). Dessert: Chocolate cake and cheesecake (mediocre).“

“I’m on the PTO for a large school here in Pineville.We celebrated teacher appreciation today with a camping theme lunch that featured poboys. The po boys was a complete hit. AB and the rest of the staff there were a pleasure to deal with even when I called last minute to add a vegetable poboy to my order. They even sent plates and Napkins with our order they went above and beyond for us. I can’t thank them enough for helping us show the staff how appreciated they are.“
