I usually place my orders thru my app on my phone. That is how I ordered my last sandwiches. This time, the employees did not make my sandwiches correctly, they also did not include my cup of Chipotle sauce that I had specifically requested. I am a bit disappointed in this subway location because it was my absolute favorite location to go to but, now, I'm not so sure. This is my favorite subway location in my area. The food is always consistent and delicious. They are always very friendly employees and always listen to what you want. The facility is also extremely clean and you can tell that all the food is freshly prepared.

Some of the workers there need to work on customer service. It's sad that people are rude when taking orders. I would rather wait 30 minutes for my sandwich then have a worker being mean and rude.
