“Every time I visit a Baskin Robbins, my service is always great! No issues and the staff are very friendly. I'm tired is being logged out of my Baskin Robbins app. Everytime I stop, I'm having to log in each time. That's aggravating! It would be great if someone can fix that issue.“
“I ordered a turkey ice cream cake for thanksgiving and the customer service was absolutely amazing. You could clearly see that they were busy but the worker’s took their time to chat with me and get my order etc. It was very nice how much they appreciated my business with them, and the lady who made my cake was very happy to show me her work( in a humble manner ). I would definitely go back and continue to do business with them.“
“Visit the store about once every 1-2 weeks whenever in the area for an icing on the cake milkshake 😋 Friendly staff and always clean inside the store.
Only dislike is the mobile app and ordering experience is dated and lengthy… however this is out of the control of the store and does not impact my experience of the store itself.“
