Worst customer service out of all of the BR locations. Got an attitude with me because they couldn’t get my frappy coupon to work and said it was because of the app. So I ended up paying full price, cool no problem. But it wasn’t the app! It was because they rung it up as a milkshake instead of frappy! Gotta be trained better!
