I absolutely love this place. The food is always delicious. Very family oriented. There are many games you can play such as chess, billiards, and so much more. The pit has karaoke and live bands (rotating weekends). The Pit has recliners and several amenities that all can enjoy. I often sit there and do my homework , read a book, or and reflect. My favorite BBQ spot in Baton Rouge that I make an excuse to eat at every time I’m in town. Friendly staff, good ambiance, but the food is amazing. Brisket is fire and sides are delicious but the chicken quarter is something extra special. I typically don’t mix meats when I eat bbq but I make another excuse to do it when I eat here!
