My friend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and she not only had to wait 40 minutes to get her food, they then claimed that they had not gotten her order. We had to ask one of the workers about it and her response was to roll her eyes and turn her back to us. Took nearly an hour to get my bagel and staff was coughing while prepping the food.
The chai tea latte I ordered tasted like straight black coffee with cream..which if you’ve had chai would know it’s nothing like black coffee with cream. I asked for a remake to which it was said “this is a chai latte”, but she still offered to make me another one, it tasted completely different the second time coming around, but it still wasn’t chai.
