I don’t like writing bad reviews but the workers at this place are pretty awful. the food has never disappointed me i mean i can’t complain i don’t expect much, but the service is ridiculous. the workers seem disinterested when you order from them and lack any customer service skills, and after your order is taken, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your food… and not because it’s crowded.
this place just sucks consistentlyexpect to wait at least 30 minutes for your food, like any other place in the union during lunch, but these workers seem especially slow and inefficient.everytime i have ever ordered from here, i am always disappointedi got a bagel sandwich today and they didn’t toast the bagel, which seems bizarre to me. i don’t want to eat a sandwich with two dense af chewy bagelsand if you ever make accommodations to your order, either by ordering at the...read full review

Don't bother if there is a line. They prepare orders with zero sense of urgency. When they gave me my order after a 25 minute wait, it was stale and barely warm. Just go upstairs to CCs, and don't waste your money here.
