Fat Cow used to be one of the best burger joints within 30 miles. I went there today for the first time in a while, and they must be really feeling the sting of the pandemic, labor shortage, and supply chain issues.They were "out" of 8oz patties. So disappointed in what has happened to this place. The place is filthy and the food quality has significantly decreased. They have swapped out their quality ingredients for pre-formed burger patties and worse buns. They were not even serving milkshakes when I visited. They also have never replaced their drink fountain after they took it away during COVID. For drinks you are limited to the canned cokes in a cooler up front. I am hoping this bad experience is just a result of supply...
After reading some of the recent reviews we were apprehensive about eating here however, I’m so happy we did. The young men working were very nice and helpful. The burgers were fantastic and the duck fat French fries were awesome. We will be back for sure.
