I loved the lady who had taken our order, it was 1:30am and she had great customer service! (Latisha?) I believe her name was is fantastic,Her tone of voice sounded genuine and happy to help us which is hard to find now days in fast food. Plus the food was hot, seasoned just right and was fast and ready for us right as we pulled up!

Horrible wait time was extremely long waited in drive thru for pick up order for 30 minutes an at the wind ow they told me I have to come in? I only had a burger and a biscuit and then I waited an additional 20 minutes in the lobby tried to ask for jelly for the biscuit and was completely ignored NEVER AGAIN!

Lady started to take our order, things seemed fine at first. She says hold on, after she gets back, we can't understand her, we said "what" then she stops talking. We say, "hello?" And this lady straight up says, "hello may I take your order" after already waiting a while for nothing at all. We already had one item on the menu to pay out. Not sure what's up with that person

Saddest Jack in the box I’ve ever been to- How does a restaurant not have fountain drinks ? You buy a combo and the drink options are sweet tea water or milk shakes ? Staff clearly don’t want to be there - Sticky bathroom / greasy food / no napkins to be found / no ketchup to be found - what gives ??

Was charged $10.53 for six French toast sticks and a drink they didn't have any syrup and they didn't put my sausage in the bag had to go to McDonald's to buy syrup and sausage

Jack in the box is the epitome of fast food. Large selection of pre-packaged poison ?. I don't trust anything on the menu except the fries.

Don't come here at Night! They refused to give me any food on 5/22/24 at 1015pm through the drive thru they said they were out of Tacos, Then she said out of Breakfast, then she said she's out of everything! Jack in the Box is my favorite fast food place this place is too good to hire Low Lives aka Lazy People!

Everytime I go here there is a problem with my order. Today I got my diet coke and no ice, no carbonation. Another time no straw, Another time no soda, today is the last time I go. Off to Wendy's for breakfast from now on.
