I absolutely love this place for fresh shrimp. I've been going here for years. The service is always A1 even when they are extremely busy. It use to be a walk up stand but since Covid they've converted to drive thru only. The line can be long but it's worth the wait. Shrimp are always fresh and they have the best prices in town. This is our go to when we want fresh shrimp. Not only is the price and size very good, it's convenient fast, you don't have to get out of your car. If you see a long line, don't worry, it moves pretty fast. Like a fast food drive thru. This family has been here for years and it's nice to see the same faces that know you when you pass by from time to time, right in the middle of Baton Rouge. Howard and I always purchase our shrimp at Sandy’s and have been customers for many many years. We have never been disappointed. If you are looking for good fresh shrimp at a reasonable price this is the place to get them.
