“I work up the road from this JJ location & every time I come here it’s always fresh, on time, & all around great! They aren’t skimpy with their meat or other toppings! I live out near Prairieville & have been to other JJ locations… none compare to the Jefferson JJ! I will literally drive out of my way just to come to this specific Jimmy John’s! Thank yall for always being awesome!“

“Kudos to you all.... I had JJs for lunch one day for Teachers Appreciation! It was catered box lunch so I really didnt get the full affect. It was so good I decided to give it another try. Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. Im excited about my next visit!“

“Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered?

“These girls that work here at this location a top notch. My order was great but even more so, I had accidentally left my wallet. Now, in casual conversation I had mentioned I was working at the gas station next door doing a remodel and though most people would have let what I was saying go right in one ear and out the other without a second thought. Yet, the young lady who prepared my order actually remembered and her very sweet co worker, a young lady with heart shaped glasses not only brought my wallet all the way to me but she also made sure I was the correct owner and verified My information to be sure. I just want say thanks to both these wonderful people for making my experience so much better than it was gonna be....and then some!“

“Consistently delicious. Fresh ingredients. And they aren't kidding about making it fast. I have downloaded the app and like to order when I'm on my way. Once I get there, I grab my bag off of the designated shelf, fill my drink, and go. Quick, easy, and yummy. Oh, and I always add an oatmeal raisin cookie!“

“First I'd like to disclose I work here, although I wasn't asked to post this and I didn't Ok the post with anyone before posting. Good and fast cold cut sandwiches. They 'don't toast them. They also specialize in catering for large or small events. Deliveries are typically under 20min though during lunch and dinner rush times can get as long as an hour. Their hours are 10:30am-10pm 7 days a week. If you sign up for the rewards app you also get a free sub after your first order on the app. Staff are generally polite, friendly, and helpful. You can also Dine in though sitting is limited due to social distancing. In addition to no contact delivery, they also offer pick through the app or a phone call.“
