“Kudos to you all.... I had JJs for lunch one day for Teachers Appreciation! It was catered box lunch so I really didnt get the full affect. It was so good I decided to give it another try. Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. Im excited about my next visit!“
“Excellent Place. Katie the manager is always pleasant and helpful. My food is always great and the staff is very professional I work in the adjacent building across the parking lot and pleased to have this great food and iced tea right next-door. Highly recommend.“
“Consistently delicious. Fresh ingredients. And they aren't kidding about making it fast. I have downloaded the app and like to order when I'm on my way. Once I get there, I grab my bag off of the designated shelf, fill my drink, and go. Quick, easy, and yummy. Oh, and I always add an oatmeal raisin cookie!“
“These girls that work here at this location a top notch. My order was great but even more so, I had accidentally left my wallet. Now, in casual conversation I had mentioned I was working at the gas station next door doing a remodel and though most people would have let what I was saying go right in one ear and out the other without a second thought. Yet, the young lady who prepared my order actually remembered and her very sweet co worker, a young lady with heart shaped glasses not only brought my wallet all the way to me but she also made sure I was the correct owner and verified My information to be sure. I just want say thanks to both these wonderful people for making my experience so much better than it was gonna be....and then some!“
“Tonight, 5/18/25, I had an incredible experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to the manager, Gabby. I came in craving the Vito Picklewich, even though I knew it was no longer on the menu. I asked if it was still possible to get it, and without hesitation, Gabby went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to accommodate a special request really stood out. The sandwich itself was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Gabby, for the outstanding service and unforgettable sandwich!“
“Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered?

“I work up the road from this JJ location & every time I come here it’s always fresh, on time, & all around great! They aren’t skimpy with their meat or other toppings! I live out near Prairieville & have been to other JJ locations… none compare to the Jefferson JJ! I will literally drive out of my way just to come to this specific Jimmy John’s! Thank yall for always being awesome!“
