“I went in today thinking I had ordered food from the app for this location, when in fact I did not. This is the second time the app has messed up in two days. That’s not anyone’s fault in this store. That being said the lady behind the counter said she would call poydras and cancel the order for me and then went straight into making a new order for me. Very quick and friendly. That was soooo nice of y’all thank you!!!“

“I went to the one on Vets. Parking is not ideal but hey, you should be in and out, so no biggie. I got a toasted sub, but they were running late on my order, so I think they pulled it early because it was slightly warm, but not melted and definitely not toasted. I thought the Italian one came with shaved parm and provolone, but all I had was a bunch of meat. I was hungry, and it's usually not my experience so I'm gonna give them a pass. The one on Poydras is amazing, but it's pricier. Worth it.“
