KFC in Baton Rouge

“I just moved down here to Baton Rouge and I was craving some KFC. I was kind of skeptical because it’s 10 minutes away from my house and I was like I just hope it’s worth the drive getting off work in the mood for Chicken some hot fresh chicken.. The customer service was 10 out of 10. My food was given to me quick and was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this location to anyone because of the hospitality and the professionalism that was held throughout my entire experience. The only thing I didn’t like is the Baja blast I had ended up getting it frozen and it taste so tart like they need to clean the filter. I could not drink it at all. I had to discard it.
However, the food I almost turned around and got a 10 piece because I only ordered a four piece. It’s so fresh and so good and then a customer service. Thank you guys for the nice experience…. i’m just appreciative because it’s so hard to go through a drive-through in Baton Rouge at a fast food restaurant and they give you fresh food and it taste like it’s been cooked recently rather than just sitting there I’ve had so many bad experiences ! BUT with this location. WON ME OVER“

“I have been going to this KFC about 6 months now. I have been amazed at how truly helpful and friendly these employees are! It’s such a privilege to experience this kind of service in the world today. If you haven’t been to this store, you are missing out. The service is truly amazing!!
Oh, and best coleslaw EVER!!

“I came on a sunday night and on a tuesday night and the manager Helena always goes over and beyond and super helpful. And it's very hard to find great customer service, even with a picky eater like myself, people like her needs to get awarded for her customer service. Rather, she get promoted or get some type of bonus incentive. But customer service is very hard to come by. And she delivers every time.“
