I'll have to say that I have been here on numerous occasions. The wait is not preferred, but a 10 minute wait is usually worth it for the sandwich I receive. On my latest visit I learned something that really rubbed me the wrong way. After I paid for my meal, the sweet lady who checked me out, informed me that if you tip via card (the machine asks for a tip before you can get your receipt) that it does not actually find its way into the servers pocket. Food was good. Bacon was good and crispy on my sandwich. Need to bring back the lasagna soup if it’s still listed on the menu. I wanted to try it but they said they no longer sell it!!!!

I was having trouble with the app and online ordering for a group of 20 and called the store for assistance. I spoke with LaToya and told her I just needed an assortment of sandwiches ASAP. I was in a pinch and told her I needed to pick it all up in 45 minutes and she made it happen for me and the order was perfect. Everyone was happy and the food was delicious, I will definitely be coming back and hopefully I get to thank her again.
