He has locs with green tones, and he’s often the one handling the front line by himself. While other team members sometimes appear less engaged, this employee is the one keeping things moving taking orders efficiently, maintaining a positive energy with guests, and even stepping away to help clean in the back when needed.

It’s noticeable that this pattern happens often, not just on one visit. His reliability and effort elevate the entire customer experience, and frankly, he’s the type of employee who deserves recognition and, in my opinion, a raise. Dedicated staff like him are what keep customers like me coming back.“

“I absolutely love this tiny slice of fast and delicious Greek & Lebanese food!

It's quaint, efficient, and personable. What's even better is they really care about their customers and their preferences. I always ask for feta and garlic paste on my chicken schwarma wrap, along with removing the tomatoes and onions, and they deliver every time with a smile. I come here so often they've memorized my order and are usually making it as I walk up to the counter.

The lady who makes the garlic paste has also informed me if I call ahead that I can get a pint of the garlic paste because I love it so much (and pregnancy cravings! 😂)

Happy to be a customer of such a great group of people that care about their patrons and the quality of their food. I'm sure as long as this location exists, and I live nearby, I'll be coming here for years to come. ❤️“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The chicken shawarma is outstanding, as well as the Mediterranean hummus. Don't forget to ask for whole wheat pita to go with the hummus. Always look forward to my visits to Cafe Phoenicia.“

We just had to stop and try it! 🥳 Let’s just say it was soooo worth it, They have the best version of chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. I ate every last bite before leaving the parking lot. ❤️ We got the Chicken Shawarma Arabi along with a side of spicy garlic sauce! The spicy garlic sauce is a MUST TRY!“

“I love albasha.. I’ve tried two separate times to go to bluebonnets location. Food is great. Employees not so much. Today was the Second time a young lady named “Angelica” has gave me attitude . Cut me off. Made rude facial expressions and Slick comments. As a person in the restaurant business. I know some days aren’t the best. Inside or out side of work. But No one deserves to be treated a certain way because it’s a “bad day” . It hasn’t just been 1 time either. Also seemed like the other employees are used to her behavior. Love the food. Hate the service :)“

“A company we do business with offered to feed our whole office of 40 last minute today. I worried I would not be able to get an order done with little notice but, I called and spoke to Samy with Serop's Cafe and he was more than accommodating. He delivered hot, delicious AND healthy food that everyone enjoyed in a little over 30 minutes! Now that is great customer service! Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Although price would increase with larger portions, their lamb shank would not have been big enough to satiate a full-grown-adult dinner. Mine was more like the size of a leg from a rotisserie chicken, still super flavorful. Refined details such as a beautiful updated bar and modern lighting will keep me coming back. Roman's is really good at what they do. I gnawed on that lamb shank for awhile, so satiating and carnal. Portion size is pertinent, however.“

“Abdul made a special lamb shank just for me. I have to tell you that was the best lamb shank I’ve ever eaten in my life. Café Petra is one of my wife and I favorite restaurants in both Baton Rouge and then Saint Francisville . If you have a desire for Greek Lebanese food, you cannot miss Café Petra not only is the food delicious the service is great. The people there are very nice. It’s a great experience for anybody but don’t take my word for it. Go to Café Petra.“

“I can not stress enough how amazing Serops catering was this past weekend for an engagement party. Their shrimp/chicken pasta, green beans, and Muffaletta‘s were the best in Baton Rouge. Anything you want they can make! I don’t think people realize they make American food also for their catering. The portions were more than generous and the service was top of the line. Serops is my new go to for any food I need catered. They are the best in Baton Rouge! Call Serop’s cafe on corporate and ask for Sami!“
