“I 1000% must say that this is by far my favorite restaurant in town and I would recommend it to all persons searching for an amazing healthy choice for eating either lunch or dinner !
Vegetarian options: Green beans, broccoli and cauliflower are all available!
Parking: There is a Starbucks located directly across the parking lot!“

“I love albasha.. I’ve tried two separate times to go to bluebonnets location. Food is great. Employees not so much. Today was the Second time a young lady named “Angelica” has gave me attitude . Cut me off. Made rude facial expressions and Slick comments. As a person in the restaurant business. I know some days aren’t the best. Inside or out side of work. But No one deserves to be treated a certain way because it’s a “bad day” . It hasn’t just been 1 time either. Also seemed like the other employees are used to her behavior. Love the food. Hate the service :)“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The chicken shawarma is outstanding, as well as the Mediterranean hummus. Don't forget to ask for whole wheat pita to go with the hummus. Always look forward to my visits to Cafe Phoenicia.“

“We happen to come across Abu Omar Halal today while in Baton Rouge, Louisiana & they definitely caught our eye…. We just had to stop and try it! 🥳 Let’s just say it was soooo worth it, They have the best version of chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. I ate every last bite before leaving the parking lot. ❤️ We got the Chicken Shawarma Arabi along with a side of spicy garlic sauce! The spicy garlic sauce is a MUST TRY!“

“Although price would increase with larger portions, their lamb shank would not have been big enough to satiate a full-grown-adult dinner. Mine was more like the size of a leg from a rotisserie chicken, still super flavorful. Refined details such as a beautiful updated bar and modern lighting will keep me coming back. Roman's is really good at what they do. I gnawed on that lamb shank for awhile, so satiating and carnal. Portion size is pertinent, however.“

“I can not stress enough how amazing Serops catering was this past weekend for an engagement party. Their shrimp/chicken pasta, green beans, and Muffaletta‘s were the best in Baton Rouge. Anything you want they can make! I don’t think people realize they make American food also for their catering. The portions were more than generous and the service was top of the line. Serops is my new go to for any food I need catered. They are the best in Baton Rouge! Call Serop’s cafe on corporate and ask for Sami!“

“Very good Greek option downtown Baton Rouge! I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The chicken shawarma plate is my favorite since you get the feta cheese salad, hummus, rice pilaf, chicken, and a cup of Grecian sauce.“

“Abdul made a special lamb shank just for me. I have to tell you that was the best lamb shank I’ve ever eaten in my life. Café Petra is one of my wife and I favorite restaurants in both Baton Rouge and then Saint Francisville . If you have a desire for Greek Lebanese food, you cannot miss Café Petra not only is the food delicious the service is great. The people there are very nice. It’s a great experience for anybody but don’t take my word for it. Go to Café Petra.“

“The food was amazing it's been awhile since I've had sea good prepared in this style so good, ended up sitting at the bar instead of a table which leads me to the service and the waiter and bartender I interacted with were great and polite but the hostess seemed stressed and was randomly sitting people out of order and no real reason other than that I suggest if your down here to make it a place to eat you will not regret it“

“Genuinely a solid place to eat. Especially for health nuts. They give measured portions of proteins and all ingredients has a calorie count.It's not the cheapest per say, but it's nowhere near expensive and the food is quality and worth it.
Dietary restrictions: They have a sheet by the register with all the allergens and dietary information for those with gluten, dairy, or meat related.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen a highchair in there and they have some options for families with kids.“

“CAVA is my go-to for a meal that if I want some good fast food actually tastes amazing. The ingredients are nice, and I love how easy it is to build a bowl exactly how I like it. My favorite item is the pita chips with all the different hummus and I didn’t think I even liked hummus before this.“
