You might want to acknowledge your customers that are coming to pick up an order, 3 or 4 people hanging around the drive thru window 1 customer walked in after I did. I'm standing at the register 2 employees see me but not one came over. This has happened before it was 3 or 4 people waiting for to go orders, this don't make any sense. Bad customer service do better or at least assign someone to assist with to go orders.
