Why did I wait 10 mins for a curbside order and my food still be COLD!! Like what?!? That’s wild! Do better!
In an age where customer service is severely lacking at most fast food establishments, I find myself usually leaving negative feedback due to the rage I feel after having a bad customer service experience. However today I feel like I should leave positive feedback when my experience is good. I rarely eat at McDonalds anymore, but I have been going lately due to my McFlurry cravings.
