Food safety is priority - not here.
Majority of staff observed when visited for carry-out either NOT wearing mask or wearing on chin so both nose & mouth uncovered. Why pretend?
Worker stretching dough while hanging over counter with no mask.
Others peaking in boxes if cooked food.
Still others eating from box in same area.
Try Food Safe training again.
Fails to even come close to minimal standards
Horrible! Pizza not cooked well done, cheese sticks greasy, chicken cold. Delivered late. Everything cold. A very rude young girl answered the phone when I called about my order.
Being able to track in real time the delivery driver is great. Caught the delivery driver sitting in the same location for over 10 minutes in a residential area. That was after he went the wrong way on Sherwood Forest. He turned back into the subdivision and just parked. Busted!
We have tried ordering from this restaurant a few times. Every time there has been a problem. We have had poor customer service on the phone, late deliveries, pizzas forgotten to be delivered and brought back to store.... the managers have apologized but nothing has changed. I was given a credit for one of my orders so I decided to give it one last shot. I was given a 35 minute estimate. After an hour I called to check on the status. I was told it’s on its way.
