I placed my order on line and started a stop watch. It took me about 12 minutes after I got in line to get to the window. I told that I ordered online and told them the name on the order. About 4 minutes I was at the window and had to give them my name and how I ordered. Some one in the window and didn’t know what I was in line waiting for, and then took another 8 minutes to get the order after someone else came to the window to ask my name that was on the order.

I drive all the way from across town just to come to this Popeye’s!!! When I tell you their customer service and fresh food is UNDEFEATED!!! They have been fulfilling all of my pregnancy cravings! My fave Popeye’s in BR hands down!!! And...might I add I’m currently waiting on hot fresh chicken at 7:22 pm!! Tell what other Popeye’s would do this at this time of the evening?? I’ll wait...yeah none!! Love the chicken from Jones Creek Popeye’s!!
Stopped by this Popeyes and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The restaurant was clean, the employees were welcoming, and my food was ready quickly. Everything tasted fresh, especially the chicken and biscuits. It’s nice to see a team that takes pride in providing good service. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone craving Popeyes.
