“I would like to be listened to and not over talked I goes on to open my food and sauce was all over the pizza mind you because I have stomach problems I can't eat early in the day so I saved it until 7pm and then I opened it up because I have a shot to take I don't know who the manager was at that time but for the manager at this time now I would have paid for anything I get the problem was I was trying to explain and whomever he was just wanted to be off the phone but overall I'm going to only be ordering when the night manager is there he was more professional and understood that people doesn't always eat at the time they get there food they eat when they want to eat and my stomach allows me to eat in the evening and the reason I called so late is because I know all the football games are over from now on please listen to what your customers are ordering so this want be a problem anymore I didn't like that at all I have stomach problems and can't have all of that sauce I've never had this problem before and I order all the time 70 and 80 dollar orders and didn't have this problem so I thank you for solving my problem but I'm going to rethink ordering again cause that broke my heart this is the only pizza place I really order from when I want pizza“
“We were on the way home from a softball game, and decided at the last minute to stop in at Papa John's. Pulled up front, went in and were greeted by a very friendly crew. Took our order . We had our Pizza in 10-12 minutes. Everything cooked to perfection. It's great to see a group of employees that actually enjoy their job“

“Cashier was on her cell phone and messed my order up. The manager came to check on me while I was waiting, which wasn't long, and noticed the error. The manager corrected to order and conducted remedial training on the spot all without embarrassing the employee or belittling her. She handled the situation extremely professionally. Food wasn't the best but I will go back just because of the way this manager handled the situation. Shows that she has empathy for customers and employees. You don't see much of that these days.Great job“
