8/10/2023 - The mustard container was dirty and sticky. I squeezed it out and it looked dark. 08/10/2024 update - coincidence the mustard container still is sticky. I didn't dare use it because of last year's experience. Whatever is going on at this location it needs to do a serious cleaning. The food however is good. I tried the spicy lemon and pepper wings with tots and they were good. Tried the Parmesan garlic wings and it tasted good. If we come back in one...
The food was good, but I had higher expectations due to recommendations by friends. The service was extremely slow, and they seem to not fully remember the order. Being a person who has been to many restaurants all over this country and a few other countries, my expectations are a little different. I expect hospitality every time and professionalism. Seem like there was no leadership there, and that has to be blamed on management. I hope that they address the workers just acting...
Be careful when using your debit card with Plucker's. They like to add on $5.00-$10.00 extra. When you call to get your money refunded, a manager is never available and will never call you back. When you send an email to the corporate office including receipt and bank statements--they ignore you just because "it's only $10.00." So I suggest cash at all times if you decide to go there.
