20 tables open yet had to sit a door ask to be seated at a window booth to keep an eye on my vehicle, waitress put me on the bar side next to a table with dirty dishes that sat there close to an hour,drinks took 20 minutes,salad came out with meal, other booths had dirty dishes let before I got there and was still there when I left with food on the floor,7 people left due to having to wait maybe a total of ten people eating so why the wait,this new CEO needs to get his ass out...read full review
Sloooooooowwwwww! No one seated in dining room & they still make you wait. Waitstaff takes forever to service you & the food takes forever to come out! Don’t waste your time.
Went to Red Lobster at 2:50 in the afternoon on July 18,2023. Asked to be seated at a BOOTH. There were Plenty available. Host said we would have to wait on the server to finish cleaning a booth. After 20 minutes server had finished cleaning the booth and was wiping tables and vacuuming. Asked to be seated AGAIN. Was told server wasn’t finished.
