Saigon Noodles is a promising restaurant with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet for some, but the calamari appetizer was a hit, especially with the deep-fried jalapeño peppers. The Pho Dac Biet was good but needed extra sauces for more flavor. The Bun Bo Hue was a bit disappointing, lacking the authentic taste. However, the spicy pho was a standout dish that many enjoyed. Prices are reasonable, and the broth is considered the best in town. Despite missing out on kimchi fries, this place is highly recommended for a delicious Vietnamese meal.
