Just left sonic was there for 20 minutes parked right in front of door. I see they are busy ok so I expect a lil wait before they get to me. So I hop on my phone while I waiting. I see car hopper’s going back and forth with orders. Then I’m like dam. Let me press the button again then back to my phone. I’m still seeing orders go out cars come in and go so I pressed the button a 3rd time. Then someone comes on and say we not taking orders right now.

And another one of the workers who held their name.
I ordered and was given a total, swipe my card & it went through. Then the worker came out and said I didn’t pay for it. I showed her the $16.32 that my bank statement was showing. She then said it saying you owe $3.95 in cash.
I asked her why and then she said I added an item. I said no ma’am. She then walks away with my food that I paid for. I asked if I can have my food...read full review
