I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Ambrosia Bakery. The customer service was incredibly frustrating, and management was no help at all. I simply tried to purchase a slice of cake for a client and asked if they could add three small letters to personalize it. I was told no, with no effort to accommodate or offer an alternative solution.
I visited this place today. It was a bad experience. So many things were wrong. I will never spend my money there again. I was very offended.
I want to start by saying that I have always loved Ambrosia Bakery and their wonderful Fresh Strawberry Cake. We have gotten this cake for many occasions. However, yesterday I ordered one for my daughter’s birthday, she flew in from California and i figured she couldn’t get this cake there and it would be a good treat.
