I just stopped in for a large ranch, because if you know, you know lol... The lady that helped me was really sweet, helpful and had a great attitude. I work in customer service so I really appreciate when I get great customer service myself! My receipt says April. So if that's your name, thank you, Miss April!
Every time I go there I get the same order which is the spicy find me chicken sandwich what does season 5 in a cup of ranch on the side as well as a 20 oz drink of my choice with the Coca-Cola drink machine that allows you to have different flavored drinks.
So this location used to be good. We came here after Sherwood kept messing up. But I'm noticing it's all the locations. In one day, I placed an order, my account was debited for the amount and I recieved a confirmation email. Went to get my food, waited 30 mins, only to be told that the order was never received and it was a normal issue. App their computer system has a glitch and it will not send your order and there's nothing that can be done about it. So we ordered again and...read full review
