I had a fantastic last two visits. I accidently picked the wrong pick up time for my order. The workers quickly helped me resolve my mix up and got my order together. Everyone was extremely nice and the store was very clean. Best wing stop in Baton Rouge especially compared to the Juban crossing one.

The cashier was helpful and accurate, with food ready in just 5 minutes. The original hot and garlic parmesan wings, along with seasoned fries, were delicious. The friendly staff worked well together and provided fast service. However, wait times can be longer on busy nights, possibly due to understaffing. One employee, described as the guy with dreadlocks, stood out for his multitasking skills and deserves recognition. Some customers noted that waiting for orders is a little long, which might be expected at this location. The boneless wings are small, sometimes comparable to chicken nuggets, and portions may not match advertised calories. Additionally, there are no napkins available, and drink options are limited mainly to coke and sour Minute Maid with cherry and lime flavors, lacking popular choices like orange Fanta or lemonade Minute Maid. Overall, Wingstop offers tasty food and a mostly pleasant dining experience, despite some minor issues.
