“I called in an order for a BLT.. extra crispy bacon, no onions (?), no pickles (?)!! Today, I just didn’t want lettuce. The bread had so much grease/butter you couldn’t hold on to it. The bacon wasn’t crisp, it was a tough rubbery consistency! Very, little tomato. The young lady that waited on me was courteous. I love the ambiance in that sweet place! I’ve eaten there before. But, what happened to the cook or cooks???? I want he back for that!”

“I had an “enjoyable” time here in 2012 for “WLC” Some of the instructors were racist. But that’s to be expected. It’s the army. The females barracks were definitely haunted. But instead they treated us as if we were insane. Food at the chow hall was mediocre. But we were glad to sit with others and talk even if it was briefly. They used to have inmates working in the chow hall and all around the grounds. They wore white jumpsuits. That was a bit weird. Glad I was only there for 2 weeks. What made it memorable were my battle buddies. Not an ideal place, but at least we got interesting memories!”
