As always the food is delicious. The staff could use an additude adjustment. I placed my order online. I do this regularly. I wait 20+ minutes in line to get to the microphone to order. The person working the car line asked for my order. I told them I had an online order. She answered rudely that I needed to go inside. The best experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The cashier who took my order was on top of everything, her name was Chan. Super sweet and helpful. The food runner Zack made sure we had everything we needed for the kids (forks, sauces, all of my food was in the bag) very nice people and clean restaurant. Such a good vibe ❤️ thanks for making my night guys!!

The wait was long with only 3 cars infront of me. I sat in the line over 30 minutes. There was an SUV then a car another SUV then me. The first SUV sat at the window for about 20 minutes before then asked it to move up because the order wasn't ready the next 2 vehicle both sat for about 2 1/2 minutes and I sat for about 3 minutes or before asking them where my order was as they sat there laughing and talking it took about two minutes after that before she came back with my order...read full review
