The labeling of the restaurants at Boomtown are incorrect. The 1800 Prime Steakhouse is now the Steak and Smoke Restaurant. However, they have the old buffet labeled as the Steak and Smoke, which is wrong. This should be updated and corrected. We waited to be seated and no one ever came, which is strange for a Saturday night. We decided to seat ourself at the bar and the bartender was gracious enough to help us out. We had a filet and salmon with cocktails and everything came...
Grilled salmon plate was amazing! Best salmon with rice and Asparagus I've had yet in all of shreveport. Steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered them. Jason was a great Server. After some bread, an appetizer, and my dinner i had to bring my dessert home. Everything was on point!! Also there's no bathrooms in restaurant you have to walk out to the hotel area.
We were thrilled with the service and atmosphere l. We were treated with class, love and respect. The music was great and the food was fresh and awesome. The host was very hospitable and the server was awesome. I’ll recommend 1800 prime over and over again
