False advertisement for food. Major discrepancies between what’s listed online and what you get in person.
No discount for VIP players?? Never been to a Penn Gaming institution that didn’t honor the Elite and Owner rewards.
The cashier couldn’t even pull up my account to use my comps. She tried for several minutes before I just said I would pay cash - I wouldn’t have even ordered from there if I wasn’t trying to use my comp.

Came here based on the menu I saw online. Sent my son in first, because we have the dog with us. Staying in hotels while we look for a place to live, so can't just leave the dog at hotel. Really hot today, can't leave the dog in car. Went inside when son came back. The menu was DRASTICALLY different from the online menu. See photo posted. I can get a sandwich or salad anywhere.
