DANG !! Only allows 5 stares . Diamond Jack's deserves more . I have been to many casinos and Diamond Jacks TOPS THEM ALL in every category. I win more than I lose almost every time I go and they don't stop me. I have been there OVER 30 times and NEVER had a bad experience . I wish I could live there.
The casino was fine but the rooms are in definite need of an upgrade. The staff was polite and helpful but they still had a box tv! We couldn't get a flat screen. This was actually my second time staying there, two years apart and the same rooms.

This casino went downhill slowly after it became Diamond Jacks, was previously Isle of Capri, the place was down right nasty just before it closed, it smelled and the parking garage was pure nasty. They blame Covid but Covid was the just last nail in the coffin for a already dying Casino, back in the day when it was ran properly it was the best Casino in Shreveport/Bossier!
