“Had a good experience visiting the store today. The employees were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made my visit enjoyable. I did notice however that there was some cursing being used in the environment coming from a young lady with glasses while the rest were working. While it didn’t take away completely from the positive service, I feel the atmosphere would be even better if the language stayed more professional. Overall, I appreciated the service and friendliness from the staff! Will visit again“

“OMG... I haven't had these donuts in 30 years and I was SOOO EXCITED when I made the trip to Shreveport this weekend.. I ordered a half of dozen with EVERY intention to share w/relatives WELL....... I tried to save some for them, but they were SOO GOOD and HOT. Needless to say, there were NONE left by the time I made it back to my domain ( Its been a long 30 years...LOL) I'm planning my next trip back to Shreveport and S.M. will be the 1st stop. LOVE THE DONUTS!!!“

“I had to come in to share as I feel it is important in our day for companies to know the employees they have representing them! With that being said, I stopped today and met Charles who not only took my order, but also delivered my order! When going to any establishment you simply do not always have people who care about your order, their attitude, and many other things.. it’s sad, but very true! Charles wasn’t annoyed that I wanted extra Reese’s on my blast.. when I said extra, extra, extra.. that’s what I saw appear on the screen. He had great energy, great customer service, and was so very respectful!!“
