“I preorder a Cajun turkey on November 2, but when I arrived on November 22 to pick up my turkey the day they said it would be ready. They informed me that my turkey was not there that they did not have any more left that they were sold out. I said what do you mean you’re sold out I bought mine in advance online so make a long story short. I ordered the turkey. They did not have it when I got there. They said they had sold out of the turkey I said, how do you sell somebody a turkey and then tell them that you don’t have it I’ve already paid for it ma’am pre-ordered and they just said they ran out from people walking in and and ordering them, but the manager district manager of Popeyes, whom I think her name is Chetoria was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we got a turkey. She ordered it herself and made sure that it got there on Monday which is today. She was very helpful and I appreciate all of her help. She went out above and beyond like a manager does thank you Ms Chetoria shout out to you!!!!!“
“The staff were friendly, and the food came out quickly and correctly. The restaurant and bathroom could've been a bit cleaner given that there weren't any customers inside. The prices aren't bad for what you get. We'll be back.“
