Shane's Seafood & BBQ offers delicious dishes like frog legs and catfish. Customers order at the counter and are served when ready. The ribs plate is highly recommended. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, but the seating is a bit worn. Although they claim to be Louisianian, imported seafood is served. The food is really good, and the service is also good. Servers are pleasant and efficient. The red beans and rice and the smoked boudin sausage are "ok," but the Shane's Special, red beans and rice, and crayfish étouffée are very good. The fried catfish plate and the tasty shrimp are also nice, and the barbecue is good. The place has a mural and a wall that makes you feel like you could be "down in the bayou." Overall, a good dining experience worth a visit.
