My husband and I go quite often. We love the atmosphere. It's very casual. The employees are sweet and cordial. If you ask for something that's not on the bar they will get it for you and if it's not there then they will let you know pleasantly . My husband loves to crabs and I like the oysters. The food is very good. We will be going back again tonight.
Let me start by saying I have lived in the hew Orleans Jefferson parish area for 50 plus years. The buffet is under 30 pp they offered a good selection some were good some okay. I tried the fried catfish shrimp and oyster all fresh and good. Asked for soft shell crab as it wasn't on buffet line but they did bring it out have to ask for it and it's no extra. I joyfully make this 2 plus hour trip bcuz the food is worth it. They never run out of anything bcuz someone is on the mic letting the back know what's low. I Love food, it's no secret bcuz I live it The Boot. I'm telling yall, this is literally the best kept secret on the Northshore. If you try it, you'll be a believer and you'll imitate Arnold by saying,"I'll Be Back!"
