“I don't hand out 5-star ratings very easily because 5-stars suggests not Is the place great - but consistently great. After moving to Louisiana from Arizona a couple of years ago, I was actually quite surprised to find that good BBQ is a difficult find out here. Finally, I found Blanchards and it hit all of the right spots. Brisket, sausage, great sauces, and probably one of the best takes on the Ole Style meat and potato meals I have experienced in a long time - Blanchard's Poutine Dream. A mound of French fries smotherd in dark rich gravy, chopped brisket, and cheese crumbles.The staff is phenomenal - I, admittedly, have a bit of a crush on the waitress behind the counter - but then it could be because she is my gateway to some of the best BBQ in Lafayette. My only critique is that they close so early and adding options like cherry peppers, pickles, and onions would be nice.Blanchard's is not just great, it's consistently great.“
“Absolutely incredible food. The ribs were amazing as were the fries and everything else that was included with the rib plate. The people who run this restaurant are extremely chill and friendly. I picked up an order here as a Waitr driver and knew that I'd have to come back myself to try it out- and I'm glad I did. This spot is a gem even within Lafayette. Highly recommend!“

“This taco truck is amazing. The food is always cooked to perfection and fresh! and staff is also kind! My favorite item is the steak tacos and the quesabirria. If you like spicy food, they always add a seasoned serrano pepper with each order. I like spicy food so it's always nice to get. I eat them all haha. 10/10 would recommend. Parked right in front the District! It's fun to go with friends and tailgate too :D“
“This truck has the best authentic barbacoa I've found in Lafayette! I usually get the 3 taco plato with 2 barbacoa and 1 pastor. The refried beans are sometimes a little soupy, but the mexican rice and awesome tacos make up for it. $10 thats it!!“
“This was so simple yet so good lol. I could eat like 10 tacos in one sitting, so authentic. The elote was good but I was surprised when it got watery at the bottom despite being super cheesy at the top and then somewhat creamy in the middle...a layered surprise. I couldn't finish it (see the cup it came in my hand) but I'd still get it again lol. The highlight of the whole thing for me though was the orchata!!! Not pictured but it was huge and extremely extremely delicious. I'll dream about it tonight“
“My favorite food truck in Lafayette. The #9 Tacos (with al pastor) for $8 is my go-to item. The pickled carrots on the side are great. Used to split the meat choice with 2 al pastor and 2 lengue tacos, until the server occasionally wanted to add an additional charge of $3+ for the beef tongue. A bottle of Jarritos Mandarin is $3.“
“Wish I would have tried this place sooner. Great value, good taste and fast service. I typically order the carne asada tacos, al pastor mulitas, and chicken tostadas. Some items depending on the meat choice and if they are fried can come off a little greasy for some but within reason.“
“There is nothing about this place that I wouldn't give 5 stars. I came here with my family on Easter. I got the Cornell Sanders chicken sandwich and I was blown away. I don't remember what my family go but we were amazed by the quality and flavor of our meals. When my family tried the chicken on my sandwich, my grandfather got up and found our waitress to order one before they closed to take home to Lake Charles. We chatted with the staff and they were absolutely lovely. The service was unmatched and so welcoming. There weren't a lot of people when we got there but that's understandable considering it's Easter. So I can't speak on when it's busy but the atmosphere was so amazing. The music was classic. The part we sat in had windows and so much natural light. We got dessert and I can't understate how PHENOMENAL the creme brulee was. We had such an amazing visit and will definitely be coming here again!Thank you guys so much!!“
