I ordered Dave’s double combo and a 4 for 4 today. They had 2 people in front of me on the screen. They received their food so I should have been next, however, about 5 people got their food before me. My name came up as “Ready” on the screen and then went away even though I never received my food. I ordered from the app on 12/23/19. I received an alert saying my order was ready. When I got to the restaurant they were out of everything I ordered. I asked for my money back but was told I ordered from the app and they couldn't refund me at the store. Contacted the customer support on the app over 10 times was told the store had to refund my money. I was given the run around for over a month. Told multiple times a manager would call me.
